Grooming refers to the things that people do to keep themselves clean. When we take good care of our body, we will look nice and our body will be free from germs.

SIMPLE HEALTHY SNACKS
Snacks are edible substances that we eat in between meals. Meals are more satisfying than snacks so that is why we shouldn’t take snacks as the normal meals we eat daily. We must not take too much of snacks or else, we lose our appetite. Examples of snacks are: chin chin, biscuits, apple, groundnut, popcorn, plantain chips, cakes, sandwiches etc

Pancake is made by frying a mixture of flour, milk, sugar, eggs,etc
